About the Classes
Group exercise classes are held twice a week through Zoom. Equipment is not necessary to participate, the only thing you need is a chair!
Virtual classes will differ to ensure that you are working cardio, flexibility, balance, strength and also your mind.

All sessions will run for 45 mintues and will include a warm up and cool down. You can join for just one session to try it out or purchase a monthly package.
