This is something that we hear from people all of the time. Painting, clay work and other forms of art can help bring out someone's creative side but can also work on other aspects that you may not think of. See the video below for a little bot of information on art and fine motor skills.
Another benefit of painting and drawing is to express your feelings about an event in your life. Sometimes it is easier to express your true feelings through colors and pictures.
